What an inspiring experience it has been at the Occupational Safety Society of Nigeria (OSSN) National Safety Conference 2025 in Akure!

As the Director of IT Operations, I am proud to have witnessed how technology continues to shape the future of occupational safety — from digital reporting systems and AI-driven monitoring to secure data management for workplace risk assessment.

This year’s conference was more than just a gathering; it was a powerful reminder that safety and technology are inseparable. In today’s connected world, ensuring safety means protecting both our people and our data — the heart of every organization.

Kudos to the OSSN National president kolawole PRAISEWORTH, leadership, partners, and delegates who made this year’s event a success. The discussions, collaborations, and innovations shared will no doubt drive Nigeria’s safety culture forward in the digital era.

In this role, he oversees the planning, implementation, and management of digital systems that support the Society’s mission to promote workplace safety and operational excellence across industries.

With over 1.5 years of experience as a Hospital Administrator at Ayo Specialist Hospital, Raphael has honed his expertise in stakeholder management, project implementation, and requirements management to enhance healthcare operations and service delivery.

His career spans healthcare, agribusiness, and product management, where he has led and contributed to impactful projects that drive innovation and efficiency. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve systems and processes, Raphael is dedicated to advancing organizational goals through strategic digital transformation and operational excellence.
